Before You Book

Cruise Policies

Plan your time on the water with a few important details in mind.

Cancellations & Weather

Public Cruises

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations are nonrefundable; one rebooking is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows receive neither a refund nor rebooking.

Private Charters

Cancel at least seven days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made three to seven days before departure receive a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are nonrefundable.

Captain-Canceled Trips & Guest Minimums

If the captain cancels for weather, water conditions, or safety, choose a full refund or another available departure. Public cruises need at least four paid guests. If the minimum is not met, you will receive at least 24 hours’ notice and may choose rebooking or a full refund.

Rocket Launch Experiences

Launch timing and outcome are controlled by the launch provider. If the schedule changes before departure, you may transfer to the new launch date or receive a full refund. If the launch is scrubbed after departure, the cruise continues as a Port Canaveral experience and no refund is issued. The captain may extend the cruise by up to 30 minutes when safe and practical; an extension is not guaranteed.

Arrival & Waivers

Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss departure and are not eligible for a refund. Every guest must complete a liability waiver during booking before a reservation is completed. A parent or legal guardian signs for a minor.

Food, Drinks & Conduct

Small snacks are welcome on public cruises; full meals are not. Private charters may arrange catering or meals in advance. Sealed cans and plastic bottles are welcome. No glass containers or personal coolers.

Guests age 21 and older may bring a reasonable personal-use quantity of beer, wine, or sealed canned premixed cocktails. Liquor bottles and guest-mixed drinks are prohibited. Onboard coolers and plastic wine cups are provided. Alcohol remains at the captain’s discretion. Intoxication, disruption, or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or an end to participation without a refund.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Glass containers, illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, open flames, and fishing gear are prohibited onboard.

Accessibility, Pets & Service Animals

Contact us before booking to discuss mobility or accessibility needs and the boarding setup. Pets are not permitted on shared experiences; private charters may allow pets with advance approval. Trained service animals are accommodated.

Private Celebrations

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to private charters. Decorations need advance approval; no confetti or permanent adhesives. Approved setup may begin up to 30 minutes before departure. Guests are responsible for cleanup, and outside vendors need advance approval.

Photos & Wildlife

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Personal photos and videos are welcome. Guest drone flights and commercial photography require advance approval. Good Vibes Tiki may capture marketing photos or videos; tell the crew if you wish to opt out.
